Last updated on JANUARY 31, 2022

Information in this document applies to any platform.

Summary of Issue
Customer wants to see is that the ISO + Schedule Ship Date to take into consideration of what the IR Need_By_Date is.

This is not an ATP item, therefore no intransit setup for this item.
Schedule Ship Date for this customer as a +1 day intransit time.
IR = Need by Date = 25-OCT-2014
ISO = Schedule Ship Date = 24-OCT-2014

*This way the +1 day intransit lead time allows the customer to receive the product by the expected NEEDBY Date on the original IR.

Q1) Is there is any possibility of "order Date type" defaulted to"SHIP" instead of "Arrival" for internal sales order defaulted from internal requisitions?

Q2) Can users enter a different Ship methods in the same transit field and make them default on to sales order based on need by date and transit time for different ship methods?
