FSTP Error: Invalid Subinventory. The Subinventory provided is invalid. - When Trying To Receive Part Into De-Activated Subinventory (Doc ID 1944860.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement
When Field Service technicians Receive Parts Into De-Activated Subinventories get the below mentioned error.

ERROR
Invalid Subinventory. The Subinventory provided is invalid.

STEPS
1) Login to Oracle Apps.
2) R) Field Service Manager -> Spares Management -> Parts Requirement Html -> Create Part Requirement and place an Order.
2) From Order Management -> Pick and Ship Confirm the Order.
3) Deactivate the destination subinventory where the part needs to be received, by using the below mentioned step:
R) Inventory Super User -> Setup -> Organizations -> Select the Org: eg: M1 -> Select Subinventory -> Query for eg: 'Stores'.
Enter: Inactive On: sysdate(Current System date) and Save. The subinventory is de-Activated.
4) Login to Field Service Technician Portal -> Receive Parts -> Select the part and try to received into de-Activated Sub inventory.
The above mentioned error is displayed. However, the transactions happen in the inventory. This is incorrect.

Summary
Field Service Spares Management allows to receive in de-Activated Subinventory and does not throw an error that Subinventory is deactivated. Inventory forms does not allow receipts.
