Symptoms
On Oracle Applications 12.1.3 version and above, Workflow Administration,
after applying the patch 18597161, the following error occurs viewing the activity history in the Workflow Monitor:

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: oracle.jbo.SQLStmtException: JBO-27122: SQL error during statement preparation

There was no error when approved from application notification work list.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. View the activity history in the Workflow Monitor for the journals approved from Email notification.
