Information in this document applies to any platform.
After upgrading to 12.2.4 (from 12.2.3) some users are getting the follow error on the OA home page after login and are then unable to launch forms. After refreshing the page, the error disappears and forms can be launched.
This does not happen to all users, but for users that are impacted it happens every time they login.
This can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Upgrade to 12.2.4 from 12.2.3.
2. Log into Applications and attempt to launch a form.
