Customer Support (CSZ): Unable to Extend AgentQueueVO.xml (Doc ID 1945217.1)

Symptoms

Unable to extend AgentQueueVO.xml or GroupQueueVO.xml.

Trying to extend oracle.apps.cs.csz.dashboard.server.AgentQueueVO by adding two custom fields, after Step 4, when pressing the 'Next' button, an error message displays.

Error

Each row in the Query Result Columns must be mapped to a unique Query Attribute in Mapped Entity columns

Steps to Reproduce

1. Try to extend oracle.apps.cs.csz.dashboard.server.AgentQueueVO (or GroupQueueVO).

   Create View Object:
   Name = XXAgentQueueVO
   Extends = oracle.apps.cs.csz.dashboard.server.AgentQueueVO

2. Click Next and select radio button 'Updatable Access through Entity Objects'

3. Attributes. Selected attributes shown on the right.
  Highlight an Attribute and click on 'Next'.

4. Enter SELECT Statement

5. Click on 'Next' => Error.

=> Receive the error message.
