UPK: Record Button Doesn't Respond When Recording In Remote Desktop/Citrix Environment (Doc ID 1945231.1)

Symptoms

On : UPK 12.1

ISSUE STATEMENT
---------------
Cannot record topics in UPK using remote desktop
 
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Initiating record process in Remote Desktop session does not respond with any recording action.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
---------------
Expect that when the Topic Recorder is started that pressing the specified record key should start recording.
 
 
STEPS
---------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Open Remote Desktop via browser session
2. Open UPK Client on remote machine
3. Open Internet Explorer and log into PeopleSoft on remote machine.
4. Begin recording.
5. No response
