Symptoms
While assigning roles in User Management on Oracle E-Business Suite 12.2.3 (or higher), a warning message may occur:
Warning: Updates to Role data will not be visible in the application until the following processes are started : Workflow Background Engine.
Note: The Workflow background engine and workflow listeners are up and running fine.
Changes
Customer upgraded E-Business Suite from 12.1.2 to 12.2.3 (or higher)
