Cannot Create Customer - ORA-29875: Failed In The Execution Of The ODCIINDEXINSERT Routine (Doc ID 1945581.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.3 version, Customers Module


The following error is received when trying to enter a new customer and saving it in the Customers Standard form (ARXCUDCI):

ERROR

The following SQL error occurred: ORA-29875: failed in the execution of the ODCIINDEXINSERT routine
ORA-20000: Oracle Text error: DRG-50857: oracle error in textindexmethods. ODCIIndexInsert
ORA-20000: Oracle Text error: DRG-10607: index meta data is not ready yet for queuing DML
DRG-00100: internal error, arguments : [100],[drsin.c],[198],[0],[]
ORA-30576: ConText Option dictionary loading error.



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced on the customer instance with the following steps:
1. Select create customer from customer form.
2. Enter mandatory values for new customer.
3. Select Save.
