Goal

How can one do a personalization such that
The field "Number of Signed Copies" in the Terms section of the Modification Header tab is read-only on a Modification and update-able on an Award.

There are two Signed Copy fields on a Modification Header tab. The first field, "Number of Copies", in the top Header section (dynamically displays when a value is selected in the Bilateral Indicator dropdown field) renders on the SF30 Modification PDF. The second field, "Number of Signed Copies", in the Terms section renders on the conformed Award PDF (see screen shots in attachment).

Steps:
Create Modification
Navigate to Dept of Ed Buyer/Contracting Specialist > Buyer Work Center > Awards >
Select My Approved Awards from the View dropdown field >
Select an approved award by selecting the radio button in the Select column >
Select "Create Modification" in the "Select Award" dropdown and click the Go button (Award Modification header screen displays) >
Select Signature in the Bilateral Indicator field > Verify "Number of Signed Copies" field is editable

They want Number of Signed Copies field to be editable on Award, but NOT editable on Modifications.
