Field Service Error: "Unable to resolve reference to item scctrl.select_all" When Scheduling Task In SR Form

When attempting to schedule a task using the schedule advice window, the window comes up but the following errors popup a couple of times. After clicking through all popups, the list of resources comes up and one can be selected without problems.
Scheduling the same task in the same way through the Dispatch Center does NOT result in similar errors:

 FRM-40105: Unable to resolve reference to item scctrl.select_all

FRM-40105: Unable to resolve reference to item SCCTRL.SELECT_ALL

FRM-40106: No navigable items in destination block

FRM-40102: Record must be entered or deleted first

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create SR with FS Task
3. Use the Assignment Manager icon for task assignee
