Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Invoice Issues & MassAdd
Invoice approval issue when approver click on "View Invoice Additional Details" from approval notification.
ERROR

No field listener is registered to resolve field d_sum_folder.dist_code_combination_disp referenced by the flexfield with application short name SQLAP and name AP_INVOICE_DISTRIBUTIONS. Please contact your system administrator.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Under work list, user clicks on the invoice approval notification
2. Then clicked on "View Invoice Additional Details"
3. Then error
Due to this issue, approvers can't see the invoice details from notification. The workaround is to log on to application and see the invoice details from workbench.
