Item LOV Under Material Debrief On MFS Laptop Does Not Display Any Items (Doc ID 1945961.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

While trying to debrief a task using MFS Laptop, the users are not able to see any item in the Item LOV under Material section. However there is on hand availability of items for the engineer under his usable subinventory.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a task.

2. Assign it to field service engineer.

3. Login to MFS Laptop.

4. Sync the data.

5. Select the task and click on Debrief

6. Under Material Choose Add Another Row.

7. Search for an Item which is present in the  field service engineer's Usable Sub Inventory.

The LOV returns no rows.
