Get java.lang.NullPointerException when Creating Vacancy

Symptoms

When attempting to create a vacancy the following error occurs:

If the same vacancy is then re-entered after the above error, the vacancy is saved successfully.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Responsibility: iRecruitment Manager or iRecruitment Recruiter.
2. Navigation: iRecruitment Home.
3. Click New Vacancy link.
4. Enter Primary Details.
5. Press Next button.
6. Get error message.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create vacancies in iRecruitment without having to creating it twice.
