Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Quality Management Specifications Validity Rules

When attempting to save a Customer spec validity rule with an Order and Order Line entered, after clicking Save you get the message that one record was saved, but the Order and Order Line fields are blanked out, and if you look at the record in sql those columns are null. If you then enter the Order and Order Line again and try to save again, you get an error:

Error ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error ORA-01403: no data found occurred in Package CUST.VALIDATE_ROW at &POSITION.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Quality Specification: Quality Manager (N) > Specifications > Specifications. Enter values in required fields, save work.
2. Create Customer validity rule for a Specification created in step 1 : (B) Validity Rules > (B) New > (T) Customer
3. Enter values in fields Customer, Order, Order Line. Save record. After saving All fields are Cleared.
4. Enter values in fields Customer, Order, Order Line with same values as in step 3 one more time. Save record. Get the error message: "Error ORA-06502: PL/SQL: Numeric or value error ORA-01403: no data found occured in Package CUST.VALIDATE_ROW at &POSITION"
