Wrong Value Returned For The Record Selected In The Flexfield LOV

Symptoms
For Order Management, Defaulting Flexfield DFF, for the Context Code INVOICE_TO_ORG_ID, Segment name is "Invoice To" and its Column Name is "VALUE_STRING". Attached the seeded value set "OM: Invoice To Orgs" to this segment. When this DFF was invoked from our Product form, it shows multiple records. Now, if there are duplicate first column names ( they are NOT duplicate records, but only First column Name is same), then the column VALUE_STRING is always having the same value populated event though we select a different record from LOV. This is causing issues in our further OM processing of Defaulting.
