Why does HR Calendar Event Coverage Caching Process Does Not Populate the Calendar Events (Doc ID 1946099.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
 HR Calendar Event Coverage Caching Process does not populate the calendar events for all Coverage Nodes.
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

Expect Calendar Event Coverage for all Coverage Nodes that are defined for the Geographic Hierarchy Node.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set system profile 'HR:Geographic Hierarchy Node Map' to PER_GEO_HIER_NODE_MAP ONLY at site level.
2. Create a new Hierarchy (Navigation US Super HRMS Manager responsibility -> Work Structures -> Generic Hierarchy)
  of type Calendar Geographical Hierarchy.
  Make sure Global checkbox is checked for Hierarchy Information.
3. Add Nodes (Example: Bulgaria, France, Philippines, United States).
4. Navigate to ‘US Super HRMS Manager’ responsibility -> Work Structures -> Calendar Events -> Events and Coverage -> Enter and Maintain Events
  Add a new Calendar Event of Type: Public Holiday
  Create a new Calendar Event ‘Christmas Eve 2014’, click Create Button.
  Enter the following details:
  Name: Christmas Eve 2014
  Type: Public Holiday
  Start date: 24-Dec-2014
  End date: 24-Dec-2014
  Check: All business groups - check box.
  Description: Christmas Eve for Year 2014
  
  Coverage Type:
  Geographical
  Geographic Hierarchy: <Select the Calendar Geographical Hierarchy>
  Click Next button.
  Define the coverage: coverage for Bulgaria, Philippines and United States


5. click Next, Click Apply button.
6. Shows confirmation - The Calendar entry ( Christmas Eve 2014 ) has been created.
  Populate Location Extra Information.
7. Navigate to ‘US Super HRMS Manager’ -> Process and Reports -> Submit Processes and Reports
  Name: HR Calendar Event Coverage Caching Process
8. Submit the process - No Error.
9. Navigate to ‘US Super HRMS Manager’ responsibility -> Work Structures -> Calendar Events -> Event Coverage Review -> Review Calendar Event Coverage
  Search for
  Calendar Event   : Christmas Eve 2014
  Calendar Event Type: Public Holiday
  Click Go button.
  Shows only Coverage for Coverage Node BG (Expecting to see Bulgaria, Philippines and United States, now its showing only Bulgaria).
