Why Are Transactions Prior to a Certain Date Not Showing in iReceivables?

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When querying a customer in iReceivables, the customer balance, and transactions displayed, don't reflect invoices beyond a certain date.
Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility: iReceivables 2.0 Internal
Navigation: Customer Search
- Invoices older than 3 years, for example, are not displayed, or included in the customer balance.
