Goal

When a record has a Proof of Good Health certification received and the enrollment result for the plan/option is updated to no longer be suspended, the enrollment result record is deleted when an intervening life event is processed with an effective date prior to the certification received date.

Is there a way to keep the enrollment result record from being deleted?

SCENARIO:
Create Supplemental Life Insurance plan with 5 options as 1x, 2x, 3x, 4x, 5x annual compensation.

An employee is enrolled in Supplemental Employee Life 1x Salary option, and increases to 3x Salary option.

RESULT: 3x Salary is suspended and 1x Salary is the interim.

The certification is marked as received effective 16-Jul-2014.

Enrollment results are now Supplemental Employee Life 3x option. Effective start date = 16-Jul-2014, Coverage start date = 16-Jul-2014.

Process an “intervening” life event, effective 10-JUL-2014, which is prior to the certification received date.

RESULT: The previous enrollment result is deleted and the enrollment result is back to the previous option (1x Salary) prior to the certification being satisfied.

The enrollment result effective start date and coverage start date are 10-Jul-2014.

PLAN DESIGN SETTINGS:
Unsuspend code: "Use Existing Enrollment Start Date"

Plan-level Coverage Restrictions under Plan Enrollment Requirements > Coverage Restrictions button > Life Event Reason button
Interim Assign Code = Current Same Plan Type, Default; New, Default

Unsuspend code: "As of Completed Date"
