Item Code Name Segment1 different in Master and Child Organizations

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After uploading items to Master Items (INVIDITM), uploaded the same item to the other Orgs as well. However the item Code/Name (segment1) in the Item Master and the assigned one of others orgs item code is different.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the Item code to be same in all organizations.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. 1. Goto SQL
2. Insert the data into the item interface table
(MTL_SYSTEM_ITEMS_INTERFACE).
3. Commit the records.
4. Goto inventory > view > requests > submit concurrent program
5. Choose an inventory organization.
6. Run the item import concurrent program.
7. View the request and monitor for its completion.
8. Check the item code in the Master Items form and Child Organization
