After Running An FPS With Have 3 ORA Errors That Do Not Specify What The Issue Is (Doc ID 1946345.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1 version, UK Payroll

Have applied the latest FPS patches to a test environment. We have used GB Rollback to rollback the FPS (using latest patches) and have run it again. There are three errors.
Running the RTI - Full Payment Submission Process (FPS) 2014/15 using UK Super HRMS Manager
The report has processed 33580 records successfully but 3 have completed with error
This is all individuals that are multiple assignments in period so they have a terminated non dash and a new -2 that is either still at a status of new hire or is active but no payment run has been made. The -2 individuals all have an entry for the RTI process on the Assignment Process results screen.


ERROR

"ORA-06512 at APPS_PAY_ARCHIVE line 1207 (1 individual)
ORA-20001 an error encountered was - ORA 01403 - no data found (2 individuals)"


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. <Patch 18776254:R12.PAY.B> - latest RTI consolidated patch has been applied
2. Use GB Rollback
3. Run FPS
4. Error is raised
