Symptoms

12.1.3 version, Absence recording, maintenance

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
"HR: Allow Absence Negative Balance" profile is not considering future dated leaves and in result balances are going in to negative

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
'HR: Allow Absence Negative Balance' checks the balance as per sysdate. It should take in account the future dated absences, so that end users are stopped to enter absences if they have entered their quota

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to HRMS Manager Responsibility
2. Create Annual leave absence which has future dates absences
