Cancellation Reason Is Not Displayed In Form Customer Event History In eBusiness Center.

 Cancel Reason is not displayed in Customer Event History form , from ebusiness .

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

 1. ebusiness form > In the Customer Event History,Select a record and click on Adjust Enrollment

 2. Select the cancellation radio button and Cancellation Reason and click on "OK"

 3. Observe that the Enrollee status is "Cancelled" but the "cancellation reason is not displayed .
