Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Customers Module

You are attempting to modify organization name and receive the following error:

ERROR
-----------------------
This record in table HZ_PARTIES cannot be locked as it has been updated by another user


Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility: Receivables
Navigation:  Customers > Customers
1. Query the customer
2. Double click the account name. then the page prompt that you can modified the organization name.
3. Modify the name to any value.
4. System prompt the error message:  "This record in table HZ_PARTIES cannot be locked as it had been updated by another user".
