Symptoms

When setting up the AuditTrail for the GMS_REPORTS table errors occur:

APP-FND-00016: No primary key information exists for table GMS_REPORTS_A, audit table not made.

Action: Define primary key information for table. Auditing cannot occur on tables without primary keys.
----->Update Pending Columns
----->Adding ROW_KEY
