Field Service Wireless: Cannot Change Visibility Of A Note (Doc ID 1947366.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Wireless/WAP

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
On Field Service Wireless, for an existing Debrief Note, it is not possible to change the visibility.
Changing visibility of an existing note is available in the Forms UI and the Debrief HTML UI

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Users should be able to change the note to a Private note so it will not print on the task report. If they cannot edit the note then they should at least be able to keep it from being displayed to the customer.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In Field Service Wireless, search for Task
That task has Note and a Debrief. And the Debrief has a note.
2. Click on Debrief
3. Click on Notes button
4. There is no option to change Visibility
