CLM: Unable Update The Completed Milestone Of Workload Assignment (Doc ID 1947505.1)

Symptoms

The System do not allow user to update the Completed Milestones of Workload Assignment after "Actual Completion Date" was filled.
For example: if user entered an incorrect "Actual Completion Date" and Apply, then user will not make the correction because System do not allow them to do so.

Reproducible steps

Responsibility = CLM Purchasing responsibility
Navigation = Buyer Work Center > Workload Assignment
On "Views" page,
Select any populated assignment
Click the pencil icon in the 'Actions' column for the selected Workload Assignment
Add new milestone
Apply
Back to "Views" page,
Select the same assignment
Click the pencil icon in the 'Actions' column
On 'Update Workload Assignment', enter 'Actual Complete Date
Apply
Back to "Views" page,
Select the same assignment
Click the pencil icon in the Actions column
Found the Milestone cannot be update any more
