Symptoms

Version: 12.1.3

You are attempting to Write-Off a Receipt, for an amount smaller than your approval limit, and receive the following error:

APP-AR-96985: The total write-off amount must fall within the receipt write-off limits range system option.

Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility:  Receivables Manager
Navigation: Receipts > Receipts

User cannot write-off receipts
