Symptoms

During the application of Patch:18283295 the adop phase=prepare command encounters the following error:

ERRORMSG: /../<SID>/fs1/EBSapps/appl/ad/12.0.0/bin/adclone.pl did not go through successfully.

  [ERROR] Error occurred while executing

  [ERROR] Error occurred while CONFIG_CLONE PATCH FS with RUN FS using command: .
  [STATEMENT] fs_clone phase completed with errors/warnings. Please check logfiles
  [ERROR] Error while runPendingConfigClone sub-routine is called
  [STATEMENT] [START 2014/10/19 16:08:53] Check and Stop Patch Admin Server
  [STATEMENT] There is a pending clone session for /../<SID>/fs2.
