Cannot Create A New Round For RFQ After Previous Round Is Cancelled (Doc ID 1947721.1)

After a round has been canceled, it is not possible to create a new round for the RFQ
Created a RFQ from requisition.
1. First Round is completed and has status of: Completed(Unlocked)
2. Created second round, but cancelled it by mistake. Has status of: Cancelled(Locked)
3. Now want to create a third round but cannot see the option to create a new round
