ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When opening the Project Task Name LOV and searching against Project Task Name , duplicate entries are shown.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
No duplicate entries

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Customer Support Specialist
2. Create SR
3. Interactions
4. Task > Create
5. Project Name LOV open
