Assignments Are Missing Jobs After The Upgrade To 12.2

After the upgrade, assignments which exist prior to the upgrade are showing with null jobs via the Assignment form. Also, the list of values (lov) for the Job field is only showing jobs that were created after the upgrade.

Assignments have null jobs if the assignments were created in the system before the upgrade.

Jobs should be showing correctly via the Assignment form if the assignment being displayed has a valid job prior to the upgrade.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log on to the Applications.
2. Choose an HRMS responsibility, e.g. US SUper HRMS Manager.
3. Navigate to People-> Enter and Maintain.
4. Query an employee who existed prior to the upgrade.
5. Click on the Assignment button.
6. Check the field Job.


 Upgraded the Applications to 12.2.
