APXSEPAU- Format Payments (SEPA Unstructured) is generating bank file information with comma "," as decimal separator instead of "."
ICX: Numeric characters is set as 10,000.00, and user has same value on her preferences.

it is new for SEPA, it Is For SEPA Credit Transfer, SEPA Rule book v3, The bank doesn't demand changes to SEPA template other than the rules mention in the EPC rule book, The only requirement is to have "." as decimal separator

Will it be possible to duplicate XML template and Data definition in order to fix the "." as a decimal separator?
