HR VETS 100A : Disclose Veteran Status From Self-Service Not Getting Updated in the People Form (Doc ID 1948385.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, US HR Statutory Reporting

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When logging in as an employee into Employee Self Service and opening up the  Disclose Veteran Status form to update their veteran status  it is not getting getting saved to the VETS 100A field on the People form.   Employee selects one of the following
---------------
1)==> I belong to the following classifications of protected veterans (Choose all that apply):


                  - DISABLED VETERAN
                  - RECENTLY SEPARATED VETERAN Military Discharge Date:
                  - ACTIVE WARTIME OR CAMPAIGN BADGE (OTHER PROTECTED) VETERAN
                  - ARMED FORCES SERVICE MEDAL VETERAN


      VETS 100A field is not getting updated with the status  selected from the self-service.
 
      However, in the same test if the employees selects the second or third option the values get updated in the Vets 100A field on the People form in the base application.

2)==> I am a protected veteran, but I choose not to self-identify the classifications to which I belong.


3)==> I am NOT a protected veteran.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect too be able too update part 1 of the form and that be reflected in the Vets 100A field on the People form

Steps to Reproduce
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1.Log in as an employee into Employee Self Service and select Disclose Veteran Status from the main menu

2. Select one of the following values
---------------
      1)==> I belong to the following classifications of protected veterans (Choose all that apply):
                     - DISABLED VETERAN
                     - RECENTLY SEPARATED VETERAN Military Discharge Date:
                     - ACTIVE WARTIME OR CAMPAIGN BADGE (OTHER PROTECTED) VETERAN
                     - ARMED FORCES SERVICE MEDAL VETERAN

3.  None of the values selected displays in the VETS 100A field on the People form. The VETS 100A field is not getting updated with the status selected from the self-service.

BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users cannot update their veteran status.
