R12 Projects SLA Events Are Not Getting Processed

Information in this document applies to any platform.
There are many SLA events in customer books for Borrowed and Lent transaction types which are not getting interfaced into GL. The processing status is "Unprocessed" and there is no error on these events.
Customer needs a datafix to correct these items so the period can be closed.
