11gR2 Perl Lib Version (v5.8.5) Doesn't Match Executable Version (v5.10.0) Using Doc ID 1276455.1 (Doc ID 1949256.1)

On Oracle Applications 12.0.6 version,
when attempting to run perl on the database tier,
the following error occurs:

[orabiebs@biebs bin]$ perl dbTier
Perl lib version (5.10.0) doesn't match executable version (v5.8.8) at <INSTALL_BASE>/db/tech_st/11.2.0/perl/lib/5.10.0/x86_64-linux-thread-multi/ line 46.
Compilation failed in require at line 28.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at line 28.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run adpreclone.

2. Copy the files as per the cloning document 1276455.1.

3. Run adcfgclone resulting in error.
