How Can We Generate FYI Notification To The Assigned Manager In Case Of Vacation Rule

You are implementing iExpenses in 12.2.3 , approvals through AME ..
Manager A sets a vacation rule and selects the Delegation to a person called B .
Now Employee C submits Expense report and as per AME rule , it should go to Manager A , because of the vacation rule the notification is going to B which is as expected ..
But we have observed that after B gets approved the expense report , notification is not coming to Manager A . We are expecting a FYI notification to A , so that he will be able to know which ER are approved during his vacation ( because in Delegation the Approver name still appears as A only , even though B is approving )
How can we set by using AME / anyother way , to get that FYI notification to the Manager after it gets approved?
