Unable to Create or Edit Past Time Cards In OTL (Doc ID 1949333.1)

Edit or Create timecard for several periods prior to the current timecard Period.

Example:-

On Self Service timecard page ,when trying to Enter the time card for the month of July, it is showing from Aug Only (current period) in the TimePeriod LOV.
How to Enable the Jun and July Months to be visible in time Period LOV in the Self Service > Create timecard page.
