Oracle iSupport - Orders Are Not Getting Displayed

On : 12.1.3 version, Order
When attempting to search for an order of a customer in iSupport the following error occurs.
'Your search has retrieved no records'
Steps to Replicate
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an order with a customer in Sales Order Form.
2. Login as that customer in the iSupport
3. Click on View Orders and try to search for the order.
The error occurs.
