Symptoms
On Oracle E-Business Suite, 12.2.3:
You are attempting to populate the Tax Product Category field, on the Memo Lines form, and receive the following error when trying to save the transaction entered:

FRM-41830: List Of Values Contains No Entries
Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility: Receivables with Latin Tax Engine enabled for Argentina
Navigation: Setup > Transactions > Memo Lines
1. Query a memo line
2. Try to Populate Tax Product Category Field and observed the error described appears
