Ship To Address Not Available In iSupport Pages For An Internal Customer

Information in this document applies to any platform.
From the Identify Problem page and Problem Details page, there are no addresses returned when looking for a Contact's Ship To Address.
The Contact's Incident Address returns addresses, but not the Ship To Address. The Ship To Addresses for a Contact are only returned on the Contact Information page.
Expect the Contact Ship To address return values on the Identify Problem and Problem Details pages not just Contact Information page.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enable the Contact Incident Address and Ship To Address fields
2. Create a Service Request
3. Try to populate the Ship To Address field from the Identify Problem and Problem Details pages.
