ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

An internal employee is able to query for an external job vacancy.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

An internal employee should not be able to query an external job vacancy.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Employee Self-Service > Apply for Job
Enter data for the vacancy.
Click Go button.
