Creating An Item In Arabic Session Shows Option Copies of Existing Item As Default Value (Doc ID 1950562.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

*Navigation:
Development Manager --> Item Catalog --> Create Engineering Items --> under Create Section.
In this page for creating an item, field "Create" has two options: (New Items & Copies of existing item), by default in English Session- the "New Items" value is displayed.

*Problem:
If user logs-in using Arabic Session, the create field shows "Copies of existing item" instead of "New Items" which is the correct value the should be displayed.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect to see Value New Items as Default Value
