Contract Coverage Start And End Date Are Different From Contract Header Start And End Date

Applies to:Oracle Service Contracts - Version 12.1.3 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.
On 12.1.3 version, Find that there are a few issues with Entitlements & Coverages:
Contract coverage start and end date are different from contract header's start and end date
Effective Dates in the Coverage form are not correct in a renewed contract.
Coverage date should be same as contract line dates
Steps to Reproduce:
This is not usually Straight forward and just discovered thru Effects of the incorrect coverage.
Renew the expired contract in R12
As a result Other modules linked to the coverage are affected Service Request with a Contract that should cover an Item Instance is not available as an Entitled Contract in the SR form.
