Consider a Dunning plan with multiple Methods, say the first 3 levels have Method as "eMail" and the 4th level has Method as "Print".

When "IEX: Send Dunnings for Delinquent Customers" is run for the above Dunning Plan, with "Single Staged Dunning" = "Yes", the program sends Email even for 4th Dunning level.
However, when the "Single Staged Dunning" is set to "No", 4th dunning level gets printed as expected.

If there are transactions matching the 4th Level, then the System should Print the dunning letter instead of Email.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Define a Dunning plan with stages having both methods - Print and Email
2. Execute IEX: Send Dunnings with Single Staged Dunning = Yes
3. Observe that the system fails to pick up the required method based on the level.
