Attempting to Create Journals for Purchasing source Accrual data and the General Ledger  journal import (GLLEZL) program is ending with the following error
seen in the journal import execution report (output file of the concurrent request) -

ER09 Default reversal information could not be determined.

This error is being seen for all data with an accounting date of 31-DEC-14.

This worked in the prior period, but is erroring at this time. This is a new setup and has only been live one month.
This import is being done for the Nov-14 accrual period.
