RLM Exception: Sales Order Could Not Be Locked via The Order Process API to Update The Pre-existing Sales Order (Doc ID 1950789.1)

When attempting to run the RLM Demand Stream Processor, DSP, users are seeing exception error and the Sales Order could not being locked via the Order Process API to update the pre-existing sales orders and the below error occurs.

After the user receives the error message below, they are able to run the DSP process a 2nd time without making any modification and it successfully progress via the Order Process API and the sales orders lines are updated as expected.

If the user is running the DSP for a brand new order DSP / Order Process API successfully completes without any error messages and the new order is created.

Issue only appears to be happening for pre-existing sales order lines / updates.

Error :: Some or all of the order lines, belonging to Order xxxxxxxxx, Ship From xxx, Ship To xxx and Customer Item xxxxxx, could not be locked.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Release Management
2. Run > DSP > 830 Inbound Planning Schedule
3. Observe: Error :: Some or all of the order lines, belonging to Order xxxxxxxx could not be locked
