There is no sort order on the classifications listed for an Account.

Requesting a alphanumerical sort order on IEM_ROUTE_CLASSIFICATIONS.NAME

The issue has the following business impact:

Customer has a large number of classifications in Production, and these are randomly listed. This is having an impact on the Business, in the time it takes Agents to locate the Classification they need.
