Create Accounting - Assets Program Ends in Output Post Processor (OPP) Error (Doc ID 1951015.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to run the Create Accounting program for assets, it ends with a warning and the log file shows the following error.

-- Error
oracle.apps.fnd.cp.opp.PostProcessorException: oracle.apps.fnd.cp.opp.PostProcessorException: oracle.apps.xdo.XDOException: Not enough rendering area.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.
1. navigate: requests>run>create accounting program-assets
2. it ends with status Completed - Warning
3. log file shows the error message: oracle.apps.fnd.cp.opp.PostProcessorException: oracle.apps.fnd.cp.opp.PostProcessorException: oracle.apps.xdo.XDOException: Not enough rendering area.
