"Termination Process Failed." Error When Attempting to Terminate a Contract.

On 12.1.3 version, Contracts Billing/Termination, Find that attempting to terminate a contract, using the start date for termination, pressing the Terminate button, there is a error with no further details.
Termination Process Failed
Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (R) Service Contract manager: Query the contract.
2. When the contract displays in the results table, Right click and select Terminate.
3. Enter the Date and Reason plus Full Credit Checkbox.
4. Clicking on Terminate (B) leads to the Error.
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot Terminate the contract.
