Error Setting Profile Class At Customer Address Level When Using Latin America Globalizations

On : 12.1.3 version, Customers Module

When attempting to query Customer in Brazil Globalization OU, the following error occurs.

ID JL.BR.ARXMACPC.Additional Info for the flexfield segment Context Value does not exist in the value set $FLEX$.DF_CONTEXTS.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a new Profile Class in BR Globalization OU and setup BR Additional DFF for it.
2. Create a new customer via Customer UI in the same OU and assign the above profile class
3. Now query the customer created and go to Profile tab and the error appears.

The issue has the following business impact:
Unable to update customer profile information because of this error message.
